Mangofest Berlin debuts July 18–19, 2026 — a two-day mango carnival of cultures at Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck.
Berlin's first dedicated mango festival lands at Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck in Kreuzberg on Saturday July 18 and Sunday July 19, 2026. Organised by Wedesi Berlin — the team behind Holi in Berlin and Diwali in Berlin — Mangofest pairs a dedicated mango bar, eight global cuisines, dance music from across the diaspora, an independent flea market and a kids zone in one outdoor-and-indoor venue, rain or shine.
Mangofest is built around a single idea: the mango is the one fruit that means home to nearly half the planet. From Sindhri to Kesar, Ataulfo to Carabao, Alphonso to Tommy Atkins — every continent has its variety, its season, its way of slicing it. Mangofest gathers those traditions into a two-day, family- and dog-friendly festival in central Berlin.
Programming spans eight cuisines — Mexican, Thai, Caribbean, Filipino, Vietnamese, West African, Indian and Sri Lankan — with every food kitchen on-site bringing at least one mango-forward dish. The Mango Bar runs mango margaritas, mango lassi, aam panna, rum punch, mango beer and non-alcoholic coolers. Global sound systems move across Bollywood, Afrobeats, Caribbean, Latin and Asian dance music, with live dance performances alongside DJ sets. A flea market of independent makers and a kids zone with face paint, crafts and a sandbox round out the floor.
The festival sits in a deliberate gap in the Berlin summer calendar — open to families during the day, after-work crowds from late afternoon, and the full multicultural festival crowd through the evening. Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck was chosen for its step-free access, central transit links (U1/U3 Gleisdreieck, 7-minute walk), and ability to host outdoor and indoor programming side-by-side.
Mangofest Berlin is the fourth Wedesi event in the 2025–2026 calendar. Across 2025, Wedesi festivals — Holi in Berlin, Diwali in Berlin and The Great Indian Food Festival — brought together more than 50,000 attendees, making Wedesi one of Berlin's largest cultural festival organisers and a top organiser on Eventbrite.
“Berlin's most exciting summers happen when its cultures meet on one block. Mangofest is that block — built around the one fruit that means home to half the planet.”— Wedesi Berlin, organiser of Mangofest
Early-bird tickets start at €6 on Eventbrite. Food and drink are pay-as-you-go; card and cash are accepted at every stall. Press accreditation, interview requests and image enquiries go to team@wedesi.de.
