One fruit, every homeland
Two days, one fruit, and roughly a dozen vendors throwing down at once at Gleisdreieck. Half the world has a mango story — and this summer in Berlin, they're all telling it at once.
Sound systems thumping global beats and dancehall, dancers spinning between the food stalls, the U-Bahn rattling overhead and the best sunset in the city setting it all on fire. This is Berlin doing what Berlin does best: every corner of the world, shoulder to shoulder, on one patch of grass.
One festival, one simple rule: every kitchen brings a mango dish. So you'll travel from Mexico to Thailand to the Caribbean to West Africa to South Asia and back — no flights, no borders, just a paper plate and an appetite.
2 days · pay-as-you-go food & drink
Here's what you're walking into
Two days, one fruit, and roughly a dozen kitchens throwing down at once. Outdoor and indoor at Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck — family- and dog-friendly, step-free, organised by Wedesi (50,000+ people joined our festivals in Berlin in 2025).
Margaritas, lassi, rum punch, ice-cold aam panna, mango beer, and proper zero-alcohol options — because the fun shouldn't depend on a hangover.
Two days of DJs and dancehall thumping global beats while dancers spin between the food stalls and the U-Bahn rattles overhead. Carnival energy, Berlin-style.

Independent makers and flea-market traders alongside the kitchens. Pay-as-you-go for food, drinks & treasure.

Full DJ & performance lineup announced soon
Real frames from past Wedesi events at Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck — same crew, same venue. This July, we're building it around the mango.
The venue
Jules B-Part am Gleisdreieck — outdoor, step-free, right in the middle of Kreuzberg.
50,000+ joined Wedesi festivals in Berlin in 2025. Now we're building one around the mango.
The mango is grown across more than 100 countries — and almost every cuisine at the festival has its own favourite. Here are the cultivars that shaped them, paired with the stall that does each one justice.
Maharashtra, India
The 'king of mangoes' — silky, fibreless flesh and an intense sun-warmed perfume.
Chiapas, Mexico
Small, golden, almost custard-like. Eaten with chili and lime, it sings.
Central Thailand
Long, elegant fruit with the bright tropical aroma Thai desserts are famous for.
Philippines
The national fruit of the Philippines — once Guinness-listed as the world's sweetest.
Caribbean
Compact and complex — beloved across the islands, mash it into salsa or chutney.
Florida → global
The familiar green-shouldered, long-season fruit you'll find on most European shelves.
Availability varies — mango cultivars are seasonal. We'll have what the vendors and the season give us.

Every background, every body, every age — families, first dates, queer crews, newcomers, day-one Berliners, and that friend who “doesn't really do festivals” (they'll do this one).
The mango doesn't check passports. Neither do we.
Just bring your appetite and your dancing shoes.
